Dr. Sandra Golden
Dr. Golden is an Associate Professor of Teacher Education and the Director of Schools and Community Partnerships at Notre Dame College, South Euclid, OH. She has over 20 years in literacy development working with young children to adults and 18 years has a teacher educator.
Joe has been involved at all levels of school education including administration, school counseling and teaching for over 30 years. For the past 9 years he has serviced in an administrative position for the Cleveland Heights - University Heights City Schools.
Over the years, Joe has been an integral member of the District Leadership, Management and Strategic Planning Team responsible for moving the district forward in academics, staffing and advancement of technology and professional development. Joe had developed a Pilot Learning Community: Presented an education program in the White House.
Bridget currently serves as Senior Vice President for a large Mortgage company lender. She has spent the last 20 years serving in various roles in the banking and mortgage industry.
Bridget is a sales professional with expertise developing and executing strategic business plans to penetrate target
markets, optimize product and service exposure, and achieve goals.
Craig currently serves as the athletic director of Horizon Science Academy - Lorain. Craig has been in K-12 education for over 20 years serving in multiple roles such as teacher, coach, administrator, and athletic director.
In addition, Craig owns and operators his private baseball coaching company. He has worked with several colleges in Ohio serving as both, head coach and assistant coach for their baseball programs.
Tatiana Wells is the early learning navigator, for the Cleveland Central Promise Neighborhood at Starting Point. In partnership with Starting Point and Sisters of Charity Foundation of Cleveland, she utilizes the early learning systems to improve services for Central families with young children.
Tatiana has a MA in Early Childhood Education and a background in child care and development including experience as a child care director, 4th grade teacher and youth and family coordinator. She has been in the early childhood field for over almost 20 years. Tatiana will lend SMART Academy her expertise in early literacy, community engagement and partnering with neighborhood early learning programs to increase enrollment and deepen family engagement.
